We offer digital architectural house plans for residential construction. Each plan includes:

• PDF format architectural drawings
• Floor plans, elevations, sections, and details as specified in the product description
• Specifications and notes
• Structural foundation options (as selected during purchase)

Plans are delivered digitally via email after purchase is complete.

3. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a house plan from us, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plan for the construction of one (1) single-family residential structure, subject to the following conditions:

• Single Use: Each plan purchase grants the right to construct one home. If you wish to build the same design multiple times, you must purchase additional licenses.
• Modifications: You may modify the plans to suit your specific needs. However, modifications must be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect or engineer in your jurisdiction as required by local building codes.

Our house plans are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the plans have been delivered to your email address.
