Plans are delivered digitally after purchase according to the delivery terms below.

3. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a house plan, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plan for the construction of one (1) single-family residential structure, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Conditions include:

• Single use: Each plan purchase grants the right to construct one home. Additional builds require additional licenses.

• Obtaining required permits and approvals
• Confirming local zoning, setback, code, engineering, energy, wind, seismic, snow-load, foundation, and other requirements
• Hiring licensed local professionals where required
• Having plans reviewed, modified, sealed, or stamped by a licensed architect, engineer, or other professional in your jurisdiction where required

We do not guarantee that a plan will satisfy your local building department without modification.

5. No Site-Specific Professional Advice Unless Separately Agreed

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, purchasing a digital house plan does not create a site-specific architectural, engineering, construction, or consulting engagement.

House plans are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once plans have been delivered, except as stated below.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
